Today I'm at The Prairie Saloon in St. Charles, Michigan, attempting their Belly Buster Challenge! Challengers have one sitting to finish a giant burger topped with bacon, cheese, and sauces and sandwiched between a homemade bun. There is also a side required, and I went with their hand cut fries. Winners get on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $16 and take home leftovers.
