ABOUT JACK BLOOMFIELD

Jack founded his first online retail business as a young entrepreneur at 15. As the business grew, Jack experienced the pain of returns and refunds first-hand. In response, Jack co-founded Reshop, which generates a free instant refund to consumers. For merchants, this results in incremental revenue through increased conversions, repurchases and repurchase velocity.

Since its inception, Reshop has raised capital from some of the world's leading retailers and investors. Investors include Matrix Partners, Co-Founders of Afterpay and Mantis (the Chainsmokers VC Fund). Jack stepped down from his roles with the company in April 2024.

Before co-founding Reshop, Jack founded Disputify. Disputify supported hundreds of merchants and scanned millions of online transactions with a focus on combating e-commerce refund fraud. Jack’s journey has been covered in multiple global publications such as Forbes and Entrepreneur Magazine. He’s shared the stage with the likes of Tony Robbins and Gary Vee.

Jack is passionate about fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. He donates a significant amount of time championing the adoption of real-world skills across the education system.
