I wanted to see exactly how much our food shopping has gone up in the last 2 years so I went into Aldi today to compare exactly the difference from what I shared in my feed your family for £50 video in 2020.

As you can see, the prices have risen incredibly quickly and food is now so much more expensive compared to what it was when I did this same video in 2020. I only used Aldi as my comparison as I had the video proof of the previous prices, this is across all supermarkets of course.
