I’m back at Tavern 101 to rematch one of the tastiest food challenges I’ve ever faced — a towering burger stack loaded with multiple beef patties, crispy bacon, creamy mac & cheese, onion straws, BBQ sauce, fries, and a big ol' bun. Last time, I finished this monster meal in 6:47, and today the mission is simple: beat my own record.

This isn’t just a giant burger — this is a competitive eating showdown.
No fame. No prize money. No sponsorship.
Just me vs. ME.

👉 Strategy this time:
🍔Start from the top down
🍔Attack the bacon early before the jaw fatigue hits
🍔Use mac & cheese + ketchup for lubricity (yes, that’s a real tactic 😂)
🍔Stay laser focused and avoid the mistakes from last time — including biting my own finger mid-challenge

I didn't just come back to beat my record. There was some question about whether my original challenge stacked up to the restaurant's description. I brought my own scale to weight this feast myself, leaving no room for doubt as to what I was up against on a quantity basis. Regardless on the final weight, it was packed with plenty of protein, carbs, and flavor.
