Rhodar - Enabling Works case study - Kirkstall Road, Leeds
Rhodar has been appointed as enabling works contractor for the prestigious Latimer redevelopment scheme on Kirkstall Road, Leeds.
The scheme, based at a 45,000sqm riverside site, will comprise a mixed-use development, including over 1400 new homes and retail space. A new footbridge crossing the river Aire will be constructed to enhance connectivity to the south, together with a brand-new riverside park.
Our team will be supporting Latimer, by delivering the initial phase of construction, comprising asbestos removal, demolition, land remediation together with major civil engineering works.
