Hello! My name is Pippa Stacey and I’m a disabled content creator based in Yorkshire. I'm also a freelance writer, speaker, and communication consultant, and one of only a handful of specialists in energy-limiting conditions in the UK. In my free time I enjoy theatre and books, and can most often be found wearing pyjamas with a cup of tea in hand.

I acquired my chronic illness as a teenager and struggle daily with the challenges of living my best life alongside managing a debilitating health condition. However, I’ve finally learned that I don’t have to ‘defy’ my illness in order to find fulfillment, and that there’s nobody’s path you have to follow but your own.
