Day Fourteen of the #30x30DirectWatercolor painting marathon for 2023. Another difficult subject :) Lots of complicated architectural shapes that I had to turn into my kind of expressive watercolor :) Mostly this is a rant about how sometimes I have to use a drawing underneath, and I should never have said publicly that Direct Watercolor is best done without a drawing :)
