TMC Moves Privilege Motion against Ex-Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi for his Poor Attendence

Описание: The Trinamool Congress has filed a privilege notice against former chief justice of India Ranjan Gogoi for his Remarks against the RAJYA SABHA. Gogoi, a nominated member of the RAJYA SABHA said in a recent interview to a private TV Channel that, He attends the house only when "he likes it" and being an independent member, he has the liberty in the matter.

Trinamool Congress’s Jawahar Sircar and Mausam Noor moved the motion, arguing that his comments undermine the dignity of the house.
