Manufactured by Wuxi Junteng Fanghu Alloy Technology Co., Ltd., our centrifugal cast pipes are formed via advanced centrifugal casting technology. Molten metal is evenly distributed in high-speed rotating molds, resulting in dense pipe wall structures and uniform thickness. This fundamentally eliminates common defects such as sand holes, air bubbles and porosity that often occur in conventional cast pipes.
Our product range includes carbon steel, alloy steel and wear-resistant alloy grades, with customizable diameters from DN50 to DN2000. Boasting core advantages of superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature & pressure tolerance, these pipes are perfectly suited for the rigorous transfer requirements of metallurgy, chemical engineering, mining, power generation and other heavy industries.
Full-process precision control is implemented throughout production and testing: from dimensional tolerance calibration of pipe diameter and wall thickness, to geometric tolerance inspection of roundness and straightness, and precision verification of surface roughness and assembly interfaces. Every pipe is guaranteed to meet national standards and custom industry specifications.
