Thermal Imager Finds Missing Insulation In Attic of Flipped Home!

Описание: I recently inspected this house after it was flipped and the new homeowners suspected some things were skipped, since it was bought during the pandemic and no inspection period was given. My infrared camera found no insulation in the lower attic space, nor any insulation on the attic-facing walls of the second floor. In fact, no attic accesses at all! The basement rim joist wasn't insulated either, but was covered with drywall during the flip.
