ALPHABETIC EMPTIES! Fall 2020 Empties + No-Equipment Workout

Welcome to my new series! Given the oversaturation of beauty content and empties videos, I wanted to attempt my own and add my own spin to it. So I am still going through every product I've used up from the first day of fall to the first day of winter and providing my honest feedback. BUT because I don't know how to do just one thing, I've added a fitness twist. I took an alphabet workout challenge chart found on The Fitness Cafe's Facebook page, and every time I show a product, I get to cross off the letter that the product's brand starts with. Does that make sense? Well, it will if you watch!
If you'd like to play along with your own empties, you can screenshot the alphabet chart at 2:06.
OR you can do the workout based on my empties:
1. High Knees X40 each leg
2. Squats X15
3. Mountain Climbers X15 each leg
4. Leg Raises X10
5. Push-Ups X10
6. Crunches X15
7. Squats X15
8. High Knees X40 each leg
9. Mountain Climbers X15 each leg
10. Side Leg Lifts X10 each leg
11. Leg Raises X10
12. Mountain Climbers X15 each leg
13. Squats X15
14. Walk/Jog for 15 minutes
15. Push-Ups X10
16. Crunches X15
The whole routine took me about a half an hour (including the jog)
Don't forget to stretch after!
