Ingredients:
¼ Corn syrup/Honey, combined
1 tsp. Wasabi
Gel food coloring of choice
2 packages of powdered gelatin
Non stick spray
mold

Instructions:
1. Measure a ¼ of a cup of half corn syrup and half honey.
2. Add wasabi paste to taste. Mix into honey/syrup mixture.
3. Pour a package of powdered gelatin in a small bowl. Add ¼ of water to bloom for 5 minutes.
4. Add honey wasabi mixture to gelatin, stir to combine.
5. Color with gel food coloring.
6. Pop in the microwave for 15 second intervals for a total of one minute and 30 seconds. (6 total times) stir each time in between.
7. Spray the mold with non stick spray and pour in mixture with a spouted measuring cup. Let set at room temp for 30 minutes, then put into fridge for 30 minutes.
8. Repeat the mixture another time, this time color with red to make them holiday themed.
