The 18th Baltic Business Forum will be officially opened by the organizers, co-organizers, and representatives of the Polish and Ukrainian governments. Introductory speeches will outline key challenges related to energy security and regional cooperation.

This year's BBF is held under the honorary patronage of the Chairman of the Council for Cooperation with Ukraine, Professor Paweł Kowal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Energy, the Minister of State Assets, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, NASK, and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Poland.

The strategic partner of the 18th BBF is ORLEN S.A. The main partners are: Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A., Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, and PGE Baltica.

The Baltic Business Forum is organized by the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (PUIG), and co-organized by: the Europe-North-East International Association ENEIA, the Świnoujście City Hall, and the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Discourse with Eliza Zeidler, Secretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets, dedicated to the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 and Poland's role in Ukraine's reconstruction process. The speaker is Dariusz Szymczycha, First Vice President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.
