Vavau return from Tribal council bewildered by Phoebe and Kristie’s excellent blindside, which sent Craig home. Using her hidden immunity idol, Phoebe was able to bring Kristie on board, who put on an Oscar winning performance to convince Kate, Sue and Conner that Phoebe was definitely going home. While the tribe attempts to make peace with its remaining members, Phoebe isn’t having any of it. After two attempts to take her out of the game she plans to continue her decimation of the tribe with her new partner in crime Kristie. Kristie however slips up when asked if she knew about the hidden immunity idol, insisting only that she hadn’t seen it. This raises suspicion from Sue and Conner who begin to see a different side of Kristie, one that may prove to be a threat in the future. Meanwhile over at Saanapu it’s all rainbows and paradise. Officially half-way through the competition and the strong tribe is sitting pretty, well fed from the many rewards they’ve won and not having to worry about tribal council since the first merge. Kylie causes a bit of a commotion attempting to form an all girl alliance with Flick, JL and El, however the notion is quickly shut down, further alienating Kylie from the tribe and placing a target on her back were they to head to tribal council.
