"The Citizen Amendment Act, 2037", as the title suggests set in 2037, a sort of dystopian India when the population would be on a such a high that there would be shortages of everything in the country and the authorities are faced with tough choices to make. When there are hard choices to be made, there are consequences and that's what TCAA, 2037 is trying to portray. What happens when billions are going to die of hunger, the choice here the system makes is this right or wrong? is it a necessary evil?
