Описание: Stomaria is a nation in the British Isles that advocates for family, freedom and fatherland so as to maintain a sustainable society that maximises personal liberty and community cohesion.

Other nations, each with their own unique cultures and identities, have been voluntarily integrated into the Empire of Stomaria as autonomous member states. Together, we’re striving for greater levels of self-sufficiency and self-determination in order to accomplish our common goals and build a better future for our children.

Those that support Stomaria can become citizens by emailing [email protected] and filling in a Stomarian citizenship application form. Citizens will be sent a digital Certificate of Citizenship, added to our mailing list and able to play a direct role in Stomaria's development and expansion if they so wish.

Citizens and supporters may make a voluntary financial contribution of any amount, either as a one-off or recurring payment, in order to help fund our work.

Since its foundation in June 2019 up until December 2022, we defined Stomaria as a “micronation”.

As such, Stomaria formed a part of the micronational community for over three years. And while this community may comprise of many hundreds or even thousands of self-defined micronations at any one time, with exact numbers being impossible to calculate, only a few can be considered widely recognised. This includes Sealand, Liberland, Asgardia, Molossia, Ironland, Slowjamastan, Westarctica, Ladonia, Aerica, Atlantium, Flandrensis and Aigues-Mortes with some of these entities being represented at various micronational events like MicroCon or the Micro Euro Summit.

However, using the term micronation to define Stomaria was becoming increasingly detrimental to our aspirations with many people being put off by the prospect of association with the wider micronational community and much of what it has come to represent.

Consequently, Stomaria has simply defined itself as a “nation” since December 2022 and has continued to focus on establishing formal relations with those that not only share our vision but are actively working to turn that vision into reality.
