Ingredients:
"For this dish, you'll need:
1 bowl of cooked rice (preferably leftover)
Half a bowl of chopped tomatoes
1 white onion
1 broccoli, cut into small florets
A handful of spinach
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of chana dal (split chickpeas)
1 dry red chili
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil"
Cooking Steps:
"Let's start by making our secret spinach mix. Dry the spinach leaves either under the sun or using a kitchen towel. In a pan, roast the dried spinach leaves, chana dal, and one dry red chili. Once they've cooled, grind them into a fine powder."
"In the same pan, add 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil. When it's hot, add 1 tablespoon of cumin, chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and mix everything well. Now, add the broccoli and cook it covered for 5-7 minutes."
