In this short tour of New Jersey Transit's "North Jersey Coast Line", we will examine a piece of railroad between Bay Head and Manasquan, NJ before having our day cut short due to some unfavorable weather conditions. This video shows a few trains at various locations along the line, and we even managed to see one of the new Bombardier-built ALP-45DP #4510 sitting in Bay Head yard. Reports indicated that at the time of our visit, these engine were still being tested along this route. It's sizzlin' summer action here on the North Jersey Coast Line, with GP40's handling all of the commuter trains we see. Hopefully next year we'll have more favorable weather and the usage of the ALP-45DPs!
