While strolling in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Brooklyn my love and I discover an art supplies shop. Well, we were enticed to go in and see what they had to offer. It was one of the biggest art stores I have seen in Brooklyn and possibly all of Manhattan.

While strolling the aisles, I began to think about sketching again - this time, however - sketching animals. I saw these Derwent drawing pencils and like the feel of them. Immediately I wanted to see how many pencils came in a pack. They had the 6 pack only. So I purchase them and a cheap sketchbook.

When I went home and tried them - I was immediately in love with them. So I went on the youtube to see what information I could get.

I also purchase Canson's XL Color Line Black Drawing 9x12 inch 40 pages 92lb pad paper.
