As always Gearbox: default is better max top speed, with each tick to the left top speed will be lower, but better accel, "cruise top speed".
Note for Touring cars: on dry track if need more steering you can try to add Aero Distribution (1 - 2 ticks to the right). Gerabox is also depend on track, if there are long straights use 10 Gearbox.
