I didn’t vlog much or train because my full focus was on studying and showing up for the test. Sometimes the best way to stay disciplined is to stay quiet and do the work.

This one’s a short update — just a reminder that consistency doesn’t always mean doing everything, but staying committed to your goals, even on busy days.
