Описание: Enjoy this moderate virtual bike ride from the coastal beach town of Oceano, past the town Grover Beach and into Pismo, where we stop for ice cream.

Small colorful shops, hotels and restaurants, roll by as you pedal on this mostly flat route. You begin the ride northbound on California Route One, part of the Pacific Coast Bike Trail.

This 30 minute relaxing indoor cycling video is ideal for a recovery ride or for when you want a moderate pace for your workout.

After we get ice cream in downtown Pismo, we return to Oceano, with the sun and the wind to our back as we pass palm trees and wildflowers as we head back home.

This virtual bike ride is also perfect if you are stuck inside and just want to be an armchair traveler. And it's a great video to have playing in the background as a screensaver.
