Welcome to Episode 4 of my Key West 1700 restoration—and this one is a huge turning point in the build.
After uncovering deeper structural issues in the last episode, it’s time to stop guessing and get full access to what’s going on inside this hull. In this video, I cut the floor out and finally lift the cap, opening the boat up so I can properly inspect the structure and plan the rebuild the right way.
