Usually, I’m all about fluid art and resin, but this little toadstool mushroom fairy house jar DIY was too magical to resist — and it’s a special birthday gift for Kim, from @K‪@KimsArtAlchemy‬loves fantasy art just as much as I do. 🌸

In this playful tutorial, I’ll show you how to:
• Shape your own tiny fairy house 🍄
• Experiment with air dry clay for the first time 💖
• Add paint, little magical details, and turn it into a glowing lantern

No fancy tools, no oven — just imagination, household finds, and a little muddy joy from childhood. Let the magic of clay and paint do its thing! 🌈

Tools & Materials – Mushroom Fairy House Jar DIY 🍄
• Air dry clay – the main material for shaping the house
• Glass jar – your canvas / base for the fairy house
• Tweezers from a cracker pack – for tiny details and shaping
• Unused applicator paint brush – for smoothing, textures, or painting small areas
• Acrylic paints – to bring your fairy house to life
• Water – to keep clay damp and workable
• Tea towel – to keep your workspace clean and control moisture
• Cling film / plastic wrap – to cover clay pieces and keep them soft while you work
