When working on squats, the toes are tracking forward, while the seat shifts back. When working in a wide stance, however, the toes are slightly turned out and the chest stays lifted, with the shoulders right above the hips. By understanding the differences between these two common Pure Barre Empower positions, you'll be able to work more effectively throughout class!
