What we’ve combined makes an excellent working basal anchor and rescue ready kit. By upgrading to this basal anchor kit, you’ll receive the ISC D4 descender, a 16 ft A.R.T. Snake Anchor, and a DMM Boa carabiner. The ISC D4 is rated for a two man rescue and has a panic function to prevent falling if the handle was to be accidentally released on the descend, or if the handle was hit inadvertently. The A.R.T. Snake Anchor is an awesome adjustable base anchor that can be used as a canopy anchor if needed to rescue off a spar. Having these items combined complements each other very well and are a must have for all climbers.
