Bad Bacteria are neutralised with Good Bacteria made in the Good Bacteria Maker.
Once you reach level 19 you will notice that some patients come to your hospital carrying Bad Bacteria (Rotobacterium, Pictobacterium or, in later levels, Minoflaxium).
Once the patient reaches his bed in the Treatment Room the Bad Bacteria will start spreading to his roommate (the spread time differs depending on the bacteria type).
If you manage to cure the patient before the Bad Bacteria spreads to the roommate you will not only get the usual reward for curing, but also a Positive Energy bonus (the amount differs depending on the Bad Bacteria type).
Cure Bad Bacteria with Good Bacteria: Rotoria, Picteria and Minacteria.
