This masterpiece has his TCB logo and 2 lightning bolts spelt out in diamonds. The King was wearing it for his final TV Special "ELVIS IN CONCERT" for CBS- just 6 weeks' before his death. Shortly before he died, Elvis had the big diamond taken out so that it could be used in an engagement ring for his fiancee Ginger Alden. A fake diamond was put back in the TCB ring but Elvis died before he could replace it with a real one.
