It was my first tour in 2019 , In this tour i covered Madurai , Rameswaram Complete .
in this video i will show you meenakshi amman temple , madurai. i reach night time in madurai by train & take OYO Room near station, it's 3min walking distance from temple.
hotels near madurai meenakshi amman temple : you can book oyo room by oyo app in cheap rate .
madurai meenakshi amman temple timings : temple open early morning at 5am & close it 9:30pm , but remember darshan close from 12:30pm to 4pm.
madurai meenakshi amman temple accommodation : the temple has 3 lodging facilities for pilgrims.

Free marriage scheme:
Free weddings are performed at this temple for the benefit of indigent Adi  Dravidars,  Adivasis and backward classes. So far 175 couples have benefitted from this scheme of free weddings.

Parking Facilities : Parking facility is also available in Ellis Nagar Parking area near Periyar Bus stand.
Clock Room : Safety Clock room facility is also available for the devotees at all Tower entrances.

Do’s and Dont’s :
 Devotees should not enter the temple without taking bath.
  Devotees should not enter the temple wearing shorts, Lunges, and caps.
  Chewing betal leaves, tobacco, Gutka is prohibited inside the temple.
  Devotees are not allowed to enter the temple with foot wears or socks
  Devotees with uncomfortable injuries are not allowed inside the temple.
  Devotees should maintain discipline and follow the rules of Vaidhika Dharma.
  Umbrella, Sticks, Materials made of animal skin should not be brought inside the temple.
