Hi guys, this is my opinion on what I think makes a good or weak personal statement. Take it with a grain of salt, as these are simply patterns I've gleaned based on my personal observations from proofreading 30+ personal statements for this cycle. These are not backed up by data or experts. (at least not that I know of) For practical purposes, I think it would be more helpful for you guys to write out a draft at least first before watching this video. And then see which points I've made here applies to your essay.
