Lucy is a 5-star Spectro element resonator that uses the Pistol-type weapon. Her gameplay revolves around getting her Ultimate to apply various debuffs and damage to enemies, while also dealing Hack damage (a variant of Tune Rupture) to them.
Rebecca is a 5-star Electro element resonator that uses the Pistol-type weapon. She is a sub-DPS that specializes in dealing Basic Attack damage and buffing Heavy Attacks.

When pairing Lucy with Rebecca, they are able to enhance their damage and make a decent team. For me, this is a pretty cool collab, though both of them are not meta-breaking like Hiyuki, Aemeath or Cartethyia. So the plan is to get Lucy, her weapon and Rebecca's weapon. From the pulls done, I will use the Waveband to get C1 Lucy, then will wait for the free pulls and see if I want to push for C2.
