I like to share with you my female version of Dr. Joe #Dispenza's brilliant 'Blessing of the #Energy #Centers' guided #meditation.
💡I am a huge fan of his top-notch work and so far I have attended the Progressive & Intensive and 1-week-long workshop which was truly life-changing. I meditate every day and love Dr. Joe and his science and work!
📢Though in the beginning I had a very hard time listening to his meditations due to the intensity of his voice. My meditation background has been rather quiet, gentle and calm. Also friends of mine had difficulties listening and following Dr. Joe's meditations as well.
🦋So I created my own and very gentle and calm version of the Energy Centers (and other of his meditations) by using one of my binaural ambient drone waves. I am a music producer and have been creating ambient (and other music) for several years. Listening to a mix of Dr. Joe's powerful originals and my calm female versions work best for me so maybe it could help some of you beautiful fellow meditators as well? I see this as a beginner meditation or also depending on your mood and what you need right now - sometimes forceful and aloud sometimes quiet and relaxing...
You will only get the binaural Theta effect when you listen to this music on headphones.
