The story behind the reviews:
I've been on my fitness journey for 6 years now and my natural hair journey for 17 months. Working out with natural hair brings its struggles! I'm always looking for ways to protect my hair to prevent damage, dehydrated strands, without having to necessarily resort to a protective hairstyle. I believe we can still wear who we are comfortably and not compromise this for the gym.
