By the end of this workout, you will be feeling like rock star...........a sweaty, sweaty rock star. Six cardio-based exercises are performed in a ladder (Exercise #1, Exercises #1 and #2, Exercises #1 2 and 3...........and so on). Every exercise is performed for 30 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. Once we make it through all six exercises together, we reverse our way back through the ladder.
Here's the breakdown:
Exercise #1: Speedskaters
Exercise #2: Sumo squats
Exercise #3: Spidermans
Exercise #4: Surrender squat-hops
Exercise #5: Burpees
Exercise #6: Starfish hops
