In this Gear4music demo we take a look at the Alesis Surge Mesh Electronic Drum Kit.

The Alesis Surge Mesh Kit is an eight-piece electronic drum kit featuring mesh drum heads for natural, fluid playability.

The Surge Mesh Kit is comprised of a 10-inch dual-zone mesh snare, accompanied by three 8-inch dual-zone mesh tom pads, an 8-inch mesh kick drum tower and three 10-inch cymbals for a natural response and feel.

The kit comes complete with the Surge Drum module which includes 40 on-board kits, 60 play-along tracks and 385 sounds in total for maximum versatility. The cymbals with the Surge Mesh kit are comprised of a ride cymbal, crash cymbal and hi-hat.

You can even record your own performance or connect an MP3 player via the AUX input. The Alesis Surge Kit comes mounted on a 4-post chrome rack for optimal stability.
