Full flight from Alderney, EGJA (The Channel Islands) to Welshpool, EGCW (Wales) from our brief holiday.
Great place to visit, quite remotely located isle of Alderney is the perfect destination to anyone who wants to get away from the day to day routine.
The flight went smoothly, after take off from runway 08 at Alderney we headed straight up North via point ROKSI, BEVUP, TOFED, WOTAN and FIGZI directly to Welshpool. Nice service from Alderney and Jersey Control who stayed in touch until we got nearer London FIR boundary. Unfortunately, Bournemouth did not accommodate our request so I ended up contacting London Information straight away having a basic service provided. The weather was great, smooth so we got to our destination without any unexpected surprises.
Apart from take off, communication over the water and landing I shorten the video making a timelapse heaving the whole journey catched on this video.
