*NEW* if you've been trying to use "MPC-BE" 1.8.9 to stream YouTube video and run into issues where it states "Cannot render the file" try this fix: in the install folder for MPC-BE download the valid "yt-dlp.exe" file (place in root install folder) then create a file called "yt-dlp.conf" (also within the root install folder), the contents/text within that file is:

(the text within the [ brackets ]).
[--extractor-args "youtube:player_client=ios,web,android_vr"
-f "bv*[res=2160]+ba/bv*+ba/b"
--format-sort "res:2160,vcodec:vp9,br"]

This is the solution that worked for me, add what worked for you within the 'Comments' section of this video to help others. *note: I also changed the options-internal filters-video decoders (tab)-video decoder configuration (button)-Preferred decoder- changed to "NVDEC (Nvidia only).
Also, DON'T forget to change the options-audio-sound processing-channel mixer: check 'Mix channels to" and select your speaker config from the drop-down menu. ie. if you're using an ATMOS or Windows Sonic for Headphones, select '7.1'. my latest video's audio data streamed or uploaded to YouTube are passing a 7.1ch configuration which will come through in MPC-BE if properly configured while streaming vods from YouTube and other media sources via a valid URL.

Audio playback volume issues with YouTube, like your web browser "normalizing"
your audio?
Reset Site Permissions for YouTube. eg. if you use Brave Browser - go to
"brave://settings/content/all", find youtube .com and Delete site data and
permissions by clicking the 'trash can'.

Each browser's gonna be different, just look it up on the web for your browser.

How did I know there was an issue to begin with? Right-click a YouTube video and
click "Stats for Nerds" - "Volume/Normalized", volume should be at 100% as long as
all your software volume levels are 100% (ie. you control volume levels with a
physical dial, knob... etc.)
