Описание: Here's a quick look at how to catch and prepare Bonneville cisco, a small fish found only in Utah's Bear Lake. In late January, when the cisco are spawning, you can use a dip net to easily catch them along the shoreline. The Bear Lake community holds the Cisco Disco every year, an annual event where people catch, cook and eat cisco.
