💥 How to Unlock

The Precognitive Paranoia trophy is one of the quickest and funniest Easter eggs in Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered. It’s unlocked right at the beginning of the campaign by taking out General Shepherd before the story even begins to unfold.

All you need to do is load up Mission 1: S.S.D.D., proceed to the training area, and eliminate Shepherd with a single shot before starting “The Pit.”

🧭 Step-by-Step Trophy Walkthrough

1️⃣ Load Mission: “S.S.D.D.”
From Mission Select, choose S.S.D.D. — this is the tutorial level at the start of the campaign.

2️⃣ Progress to The Pit:
Follow the initial instructions as Sgt. Foley guides you through grenade and weapon training until you’re directed to the course called “The Pit.”

3️⃣ Locate General Shepherd:
Before entering the course, look up toward the catwalk above the range. You’ll spot General Shepherd watching over the recruits.

4️⃣ Take the Shot:
Equip your rifle, aim directly at Shepherd’s head, and fire a single shot. He’ll drop instantly — no retaliation or mission failure will occur.

5️⃣ Trophy Unlocked:
The Precognitive Paranoia trophy will immediately pop after the shot. There’s no need to restart or finish the mission — it unlocks instantly.
