Seasonal fruits we should include in our diet. Today came with a sweet recipe. Cooking time is 25mins
Very simple preparation with a juicy pineapple layer and a soft and fluffy base.
For pineapple mix
Pineapple 2cups
Sugar 3Tbsp
For fluffy base
Egg 1
Milk 1cup
Vanilla extract 1/2 Tsp
Butter 2Tbsp
Maida 1cup
Baking powder 2Tsp
Salt a pinch
Steamed and made a fluffy and Tasty sweet
