Max was the best buddy a guy could ever ask for. He was as happy as the day was long — a loyal companion and a true enjoyer of life. He spent his days playing with his sister and being the biggest, goofiest baby on God’s green Earth.
When his sister passed away, Max stepped up in his later years and took on a more mature role. He became a gentle mentor to our two young twin mutts, who both took a special liking to him in their own silly ways.
On Thursday, February 19th, 2026, at roughly 5:00 PM EST, Max was peacefully put to rest in the loving comfort of his family. He drifted off to sleep like an angel, with no pain, as we told him the names of all the people who loved him dearly. He was joyful even on his final day on Earth. He smiled the whole way to the vet. He's reunited now with his sister.
May God take Max into His loving arms. May his soul find eternal bliss and comfort.
