For this comp you will have to slow roll at level 5 for 1 cost units like Vlad, Heimer, Nidalee & Skarner, then at lvl 6 for 2 cost units like Sylas, Nami or even Lillia, and the rest of the champs you will level up automatically just from the astral unique shops.
