There are frustrated car owners in a Portland neighborhood after thieves drilled into gas tanks, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
One woman, who would only give her first name of Angela, told KATU she fell victim to the latest incident.
She said multiple men drilled a hole into the bottom of the gas tank of her car, parked near Northeast 60th Avenue and Glisan Street, in broad daylight, last week.
