HELLO! DDRs (Dedicated Description Readers)!!

OMGOSH YOU GUYS! I saved a tiny bat! I named him "Pip" because he is a Western Pipistrelle and he's the TINIEST WITTLE BAT I'VE EVER SEEEEEN! (which makes sense because Western Pipistrelle are the smallest bat species in North America). I was doing a show in Green Valley and found him just before curtain. They're typically hibernating this time of year, but this poor little guy was shivering on the ground behind the theater. Not sure how he got there. He must have fallen from his perch or maybe he hit the window during a daytime foraging run? I covered him with a napkin then did my show. When we were done, he was still there, so I took him home in a cup and did a mini-exam with a blunt bamboo skewer. He didn't seem to be injured, just cold, so let him warm up inside. When he was feeling a little better, I gave him some water and he became very curious! Grabbing the stick and climbing around on the counter. Eventually, I let him climb onto my hand and got some ADORABLE pictures! Have a look:   / 1088713522287005696  

Anyway, I spent so much time helping the bat that I didn't get to editing my video until about 1:30am, so I'm VERY tired. Hopefully, I don't mess anything up. :-P
