Many others have done the same conversion . But many involve lots of welding and fabrication. I did it the simplest way I could with nuts and bolts.
It's not perfect and there are better methods but this is how I did it and it's been working well for me.
I know there are a couple different HF lift versions - Not sure which is older / newer than mine. The other variations will need their own modification methods.
I forgot to mention the the spacers between the jack and the square tube are old floor jack (steel) wheels. The jack isn't bolted tightly to the square tube. it has a little bit of play so it can move.
