INCONEL 625/ 800 expansion joint manufacturing/ make production easier

Описание: Inconel expansion joint tested on our bellow forming machine. The diameter is DN500mm, thickness is 1.6mm, totally 3plies.
This machine was customized in accordance with our customer's thickness requirement. It's designed to be applicable for Inconel 600 and 800 series.
The material ductility is pretty low, It took half a day to drill 3 lifting holes on the pipe, and finally loaded it on the machine.
The good news is that we succeeded, just like we always did.
Inconel expansion joint is getting more popular in many industries. But the material ductility makes it very hard to form convolutions, especially when it asks for narrow pitch and small height like shown in the picture.
