⭐ Creamy Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
• 500g salmon (cut into pieces)
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)
• 2–3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½–1 cup heavy cream
⭐ Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon
1. Season salmon pieces with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat 2–3 tbsp olive oil in a pan.
3. Pan-fry the salmon until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce
1. In the same pan, melt butter.
2. Add chopped garlic and chopped onion; sauté until soft and fragrant.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
4. Mix in lemon zest and baby spinach.
5. Season with black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
6. Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Combine Everything
1. Add the fried salmon pieces back into the creamy sauce.
2. Gently mix and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
3. Serve warm with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
