Butter Chicken & Soft Naan Bread
🧄 Ingredients – Butter Chicken
• 600 g chicken (thigh or breast), cubed
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
• 150 ml cream (or coconut cream)
• 1 tbsp sugar or honey
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Spices
• 1½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp coriander
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp chili powder (optional)

• 250 g all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 120 ml warm milk (or plant milk)
• 2 tbsp yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
• 1 tbsp oil
