As you guys know, a little disclaimer: I'm not plant based/vegan and I don't follow any strict diet, I aim to eat intuitively and listen to my body/eat when I'm hungry! I lost 60lbs, gained about 20lbs and I've maintained a weight within my natural weight set point for years now...I've got a degree in education and I'm very well read about health and nutrition but all I aim to do on YouTube is to teach you guys to find what works for you and to show you that you CAN EAT and be happy after eating disorders :) Love you guys and THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone voting for me in the Summer in the City awards! xxx
