Learn how to set up your green screen using the Chroma Key Effect in Meld Studio. I would adjust Threshold and Tolerance before Feather and Edge Blend. I recorded this video with ScreenFlow, which has a pretty good Chroma Key default.

You may need to play with the settings a lot. If you use the standard green color, try settings around these values:
Key Color: 00FF00
Threshold: 0.44
Feather: 0.05
Tolerance: 0.31
Edge Blend: 0.67
If you use the greenscreen color, you'll have to tone down the Threshold a ton.
